Lyme Regis

A small fishing town just along the coast from Dorchester in Dorset. It’s a nice little place that unfortunately seems to be inundated with vast swathes of car traffic. It was during the school holidays when i visited but I imagine car traffic is always a problem here because the main route along the coast appears to be straight through Lyme Regis and there is no alternative route that bypasses the town centre. But, on a positive note, there are lots of fudge shops and fish and chip shops in the town and this is always a good thing – unless you are diabetic of course.
