Autumn Leaves in Sunlight

Various leaves and plants throwing artistic poses while showing off in nature’s spotlight – the gorgeous low autumn sun. I love taking pictures when the sun is low in the sky casting long shadows and at this time of year, when the weather allows, the sun hangs low in the sky for a long time so its a great occasion for taking photographs. You can probably manage an hour or so in the late afternoon of good shooting where you can take your time and pick out some beautiful sunlit autumn leaves amongst all the foliage and flora. Most of the photos here were taken in the villages, woods and thickets around Maidstone, Kent.
