Family of House Martins Nesting

A gallery of photos showing house martins nesting below the eaves of Chiddingstone Castle. The pictures show up to two baby house martins poking their heads out of the their mud nests. I managed to take a few nice shots of the mother returning to the nest with her little babies waiting impatiently, beaks open, crying for food. There are actually two nests in some of the shots – I don’t know if the mother has juveniles in both of them or just normally has one nest.
